Case Study for Customer Service Center

A two-page case study for a customer service call center company describing how they helped a major consumer health and pharmaceutical client.

My client, Hot Calls, Inc., needed a two-page case study describing a complicated business process they developed for one of their clients. For confidentiality reasons, they  needed to keep the identity of their client anonymous. I interviewed Brian Groves, HCI VP of Sales & Marketing, as well as company president Kathleen Brown-Reid, to get the background and details of the story, and created this two-page case study. Sidebars, pull quotes, strategic bolding as well as meaningful subtitles make for easy skimming.
