A tweet from one of my favorite grammarians and podcasters,
GrammarGirl, informed me that today is
National Grammar Day. So I thought I'd share this email that I received from "iTunes store" recently to illustrate how knowledge of proper grammar can keep you from getting ripped off. When I looked a little closer at this message I counted 10 different grammar errors in this short missive (can you find them all?)—I'm pretty sure
Apple wouldn't have let this go out the door looking like this.

not going to click on that link. (I deleted the actual link so as not to perpetuate the fraud. When I checked the underlying URL it looked very suspicious.)
