Milestone Birthdays for Moms

This piece was written for San Diego Family Magazine about how moms celebrate those "milestone" birthdays—you know, the ones that end in "0". I really enjoyed writing this article because I got a chance to talk to a variety of women who had celebrated their 40th, 50th, and 60th birthdays in all different ways. All were eager to tell their stories, and as I was approaching my own "milestone" at the time, I was particularly interested to share them.
